Notice of Environmental Impact Statement Scoping Session and Public Comment Period

A Positive Declaration requiring the preparation of a Supplement Draft Environmental Impact Statement was issued by the NYSDEC for the Albany Landfill Eastern Expansion on January 22, 2007. Click here to review the Positive Declaration.

A public Scoping Session for the Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement was held on Wednesday February 21, 2007 at 7:00 pm at the Polish Community Center located at the corner of Rapp Road and Washington Avenue in the City of Albany.  Click here to review the Draft Scope.
